This experience was quite difficult for me, although I truly appreciate the support you are willing to provide. I was first in the queue when my deactivation failed, yet I only received assistance two hours later, making me one of the last to be helped. During this time, the process continued without any material or guidance on how to catch up. Additionally, the support I eventually received was incomplete, and the person assisting me left before the issue was resolved. I am sincerely grateful to Mike, who took over and assisted me wholeheartedly, even after hours. My recommendation for the future would be to group participants into categories and assign time slots — for example, groups of ten people, ranging from experienced IT developers to those with limited or no technical knowledge.
