The Let’s Install Together! webinar is a guided online installation session where the VibeYoUp support team will assist participathe process as smooth, efficient, and fair as possible for all participants.

Before the webinar

To make the session efficient, preparation on your side is essential.nts step by step throughout the installation process.

This session is designed for participants who would like to complete the installation in a structured way, with live guidance and clear instructions.

Please note that this is not a general technical support appointment, but a dedicated installation session. The goal is to make 

Please log in to your VibeYoUp Client Portal at least 24 hours before the event to make sure your login credentials are working properly. If you experience any issues, please contact your sales representative in advance so they can assist you before the webinar.

Please make sure the following requirements are completed before the webinar:

• You have valid login credentials and can access the VibeYoUp Client Portal
  • All computers and devices are fully set up, connected, and powered on
  • Your operating system is up to date, minimum Windows 11
  • You have a stable internet connection, minimum 20 Mbps
  • You have a reliable power supply
  • You are aware of your previous registrations and have not exceeded the maximum of 3 installations per software or device
  • Your computer has at least 11 GB of free disk space available
  • Zoom and TeamViewer are installed and tested in advance

A database backup is strongly recommended before the installation.

If you would like to receive direct support via TeamViewer or support links, Zoom must be installed and running on the same device where the installation is being performed.

For example, if you are watching the webinar on one computer but performing the installation on another device, the support team will not be able to provide direct remote assistance.

Communication will take place through the webinar and, when necessary, via direct 1:1 Zoom messages. These messages may contain important technical instructions, so please make sure you are able to follow them and respond promptly.

Support scope during the session

This webinar is a guided installation session, not an extended troubleshooting appointment.

To ensure that the installation process can move forward smoothly for everyone, we can provide up to approximately 5 minutes of individual assistance per participant.

If you require support with long-standing or complex technical issues, please arrange a separate support appointment in advance. Extended individual troubleshooting will not be possible during this webinar.

This session is for participants who would like to complete their VibeYoUp software installation in a guided online format and are ready to complete all preparation steps before the event.
