This experience was quite difficult for me, although I truly appreciate the support you are willing to provide. I was first in the queue when my deactivation failed, yet I only received assistance two hours later, making me one of the last to be helped. During this time, the process continued without any material or guidance on how to catch up. Additionally, the support I eventually received was incomplete, and the person assisting me left before the issue was resolved. I am sincerely grateful to Mike, who took over and assisted me wholeheartedly, even after hours.
My recommendation for the future would be to group participants into categories and assign time slots — for example, groups of ten people, ranging from experienced IT developers to those with limited or no technical knowledge. Hope this will help for the future session. Regards Letitia

I managed to solve all the installation problems during the presentation. Everyone was helped individually. Since there were so many of us and everyone had different problems, and always at different times, the presentation went a little slowly.

Vibeyoup Team, thank you all for your hard work.
I'm a software veteran, so I installed it without any major issues. However, I think it might be a bit difficult for beginners or those who aren't very computer savvy.
Here's how I'd describe it:
I'll explain the preparatory steps:
1. Prepare a video on how to back up.
2. Prepare a video on how to download the software.
The actual installation process can be done online.
3. I thought it would be a good idea to do the really important installation process in person or through a video.

Because of the fact that there were many (unprepared) attendants at the seminar, it lasted langer than needed. I received fast and correct help from the technicians. Andrew did his job very well and with great patience. Tips:
Block all microphones, and open them only after the right sign (Yellow Hand). Knowing that some attendants still will be unprepared, make a video of the installation process, in which you iat the start explain that some steps can be confusing (f.i. device number not recognized, deactivation fo the old version,) but will be restored if you follow the right steps. I left the seminar earlier because I finished the installation before all steps were mentioned. I finished the installation process on the second PC in 40 minutes!

I am a PhD student at the University of Health Sciences in Pécs. I have been using the SCIO then Eductor and now Mandelay Q9 since 2005 and after more than 20.000 clients I decided to get into education and share my expertise. This number is increasing every day as I am actively working with the software. |
